Which WWE Rivals Does John Cena Want To See In Fast Films?
The 16-time World Champion recently disclosed in an interview with MTV News’ Josh Horowitz that he would like to see real-life cousins Roman Reigns and The Rock join up with the Fast Family in future films. This could bring three of the biggest WWE superstars and the faces of their respective generations together on one screen.
“Well, Roman kind of had a thing in Hobbs and Shaw. So he’s like loosely connected. So we can get him back and I say Hobbs and Shaw, what’s Hobbs doing these days? The one guy that wanted to see the third one, we can do it on screen. Have the stunt doubles fight and figure it out. I think that works. So, those are two I think are connected to the universe.”
The Rock had been a part of the Fast and Furious Franchise for four films. He made his debut in Fast Five, as the ruthless DSS Agent Luke Hobbs. However, a reported ugly altercation between himself and movie lead and Producer Vin Diesel led to him exiting the franchise following The Fate of the Furious. As far as Roman Reigns, he made a cameo appearance in the spin-off movie, “Hobbs and Shaw” as The Rock’s cousin Mateo.
