General Cancellation Policy for events

Substitution:

If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.

Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.

CPE hours will be allocated to the substitute delegate.

Places at WFE events cannot be shared.

Refunds:

Cancellation more than 10 days before the event: 100% refund

Cancellation less than 7 days, but more than 14 days: 90% refund

Cancellation 7 days or less, no refund

Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

 

General Cancellation Policy for Products

Order within India:

We sincerely appreciate your purchase and we want you to love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected please follow the simple steps below:

For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. 

The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

Please email or WhatsApp us with a photo of the product you wish to exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, our team will revert to the email and once your return has been authorized please go ahead as below.

On the invoice you received, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. Courier the parcel back to us at B-8 Basement, Mayfield Garden, Gurgaon, Sector 50- Haryana – 122018, India.

As soon as we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks, we will initiate the refund soon after.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment, hence please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we have accepted the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

In a rare case of product defect or shortage or payment issue, we may have to cancel the orders also as we are dealing in crafts and arts there may be some changes.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
