Can a John Cena Win Lead to Setting a WrestleMania Record at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025?
Last month at WWE Royal Rumble PLE, WWE Universe expected Mr. Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect to seal his deal to challenge for his 17th World Title in the main event of WrestleMania by winning the Rumble match. But all the hopes came crashing down when Jey Uso eliminated Cena to win the Royal Rumble match.
Now, after losing the Royal Rumble match, during the event’s press conference, John Cena announced that he would be participating in the Elimination Chamber match. He was quite motivated and confident in his abilities that he would get the job done and win the Chamber match to challenge for his 17th World Title in the main event of WrestleMania 41.
John Cena is perhaps one of the greatest WWE superstars of all time. He personifies WWE, and it would be perfectly fitting for him to headline his last WrestleMania as an active in-ring competitor in a World Title match. Suppose Cena wins the Elimination Chamber match at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025. In that case, he will tie Triple H for the superstars who have been in a World Title match at WrestleMania a record nine times.
