Alexa Bliss got a gigantic pop from WWE fans when she made her highly anticipated return in the Women’s Royal Rumble match at WWE Royal Rumble 2025 PLE. Her return at Rumble 2025 was a full circle moment as her last WWE appearance came at the same event in 2023, where she faced Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship, following which she took an absence of leave due to her pregnancy.
While Alexa Bliss was absent from WWE programming, Uncle Howdy made his highly anticipated return to the WWE last year along with the Wyatt Sicks. The faction’s debut met with a lot of fanfare and critical acclaim; however, lately, it looks like they have been lost in the shuffle.
Now, with Bliss’s huge return and her past association with Uncle Howdy, WWE Universe wondered if she would be able to revive the hype that the stable had when it debuted.
Can Alexa Bliss revitalize a failing Wyatt Sicks run?
There’s a long history between the relationship of Alexa Bliss and Uncle Howdy. It all dates back to 2020 when The Five Feet of Fury met The Fiend in the middle of the ring on an edition of Friday Night SmackDown, and the former five-time WWE Women’s Champion went on a dark road to join Howdy and Fiend.
WWE teased a potential storyline between Uncle Howdy and Alexa Bliss back in 2023. However, it all shut down when Bliss left for her maternity leave. Plans reportedly were for the Twisted Bliss to join Uncle Howdy and Wyatt Sicks upon her return, but there has not been any confirmation or indication of this yet.
Furthermore, it has been reported that Alexa Bliss is set to join the SmackDown brand now that she has returned to the WWE. Interestingly, Uncle Howdy and Wyatt Sicks have also been moved to SmackDown in the transfer window.
WWE failed Uncle Howdy and Wyatt Sicks. After months of hyping up their debut, they did not do anything noteworthy, and now the only hope is Alexa Bliss. If aligned with Wyatt Sicks, she might be able to revitalize the stable with her star power and indelible talent.
