Drew McIntyre went up against ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso on WWE RAW on Netflix debut episode in a classic singles showdown. McIntyre had all the aggression channelled for his first match since WWE Bad Blood PLE against Jey Uso, who had one of the most remarkable years in 2024. In the end, it was Jey Uso who sealed the victory over his opponent in a smart way.
Ever since Drew McIntyre returned to WWE after his gruesome Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk at WWE Bad Blood, he had his sights set on every individual who was an ally of Roman Reigns’ Bloodline. The Scottish Warrior first took down Sami Zayn and then Jimmy Uso, leading to Jey Uso to challenge him to a match on WWE RAW on Netflix premiere episode.

Jey Uso walked through the audience with Grammy Award-winning rapper Travis Scott escorting him for his entrance in one of the biggest YEET chants ever. Following that, he was met with the intense presence of his opponent, Drew McIntyre. The bout began inside the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, with Jey diving right outside the ring on McIntyre before he could enter the ring.
The action started outside the ring for a bit, before the two WWE superstars came into the ring to officially begin the match with a sell-out crowd in attendance for the historic WWE RAW on Netflix debut show. Jey and Drew went against each other, trading blows and exceptional in-ring moves.
The action spill all across ringside with McIntyre imposing his will with his raw strength and power. However, the YEET man, Jey Uso had the full support of the audience and brought the fight against the fury of the former three-time World Champion.
Towards the end of the bout, McIntyre had Uso down and was ready to strike with his finisher, Claymore Kick, but Jey intercepted the move with his own kick. Both men once again hit each other with their signature moves and tried to gain the upper hand. However, in the end, McIntyre once again tried to hit the Claymore Kick, but Jey collapsed. The arrogance made Drew try to hit it again, only for Jey Uso to roll him up for the pin and secure the pinfall on WWE RAW on Netflix debut show.
