WWE NXT has produced some of the best content for the WWE Universe over the last few years and is continuing its excellence. The Shawn Michaels-led brand is all set to host their final Premium Live Event of 2024 this weekend, when NXT Deadline will take place on December 7, 2024, at the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Several matches have already been announced for the NXT Deadline event. Moreover, the show is set to be headlined by the NXT Championship match between Trick Williams and Ridge Holland. However, the key highlight matches for the event are the annual Iron Survivor matches for both the Men’s and Women’s divisions. Let us see which superstars have the most chance to earn the opportunity of a lifetime to win their respective Iron Survivor Challenge matches.
Who Will Win the Men’s & Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at WWE NXT Deadline?
The field is set for both Men’s and Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge matches for this year. On the Women’s side, the field is filled with top-tier international superstars who all, on paper, stand the chance to win the match. International Sensations like Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Zaria, as well as talents like Sol Ruca and Wren Sinclair, are set to fight for the opportunity to become Iron Survivors.
The winner would earn the right to challenge Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Title. However, it is highly expected that it will be either Stephanie Vaquer or Giulia who will take the victory home at the NXT Deadline Premium Live Event.
While the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge field is chiefly filled with already-established superstars, the field for the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge is filled with superstars who have been jockeying in the division to prove themselves to the WWE Universe.
While superstars like Wes Lee, Ethan Page, and Nathan Frazer have established themselves, Eddy Thorpe and Je’Von Evans will look to make a name for themselves in the match. However, Eddy Thorpe’s status for the match is unclear at the moment due to being mysteriously attacked backstage on WWE NXT this week. It is highly expected that Wes Lee, who has turned heel recently, or Ethan Page will grab a victory in the Iron Survivor challenge match at NXT Deadline.
Over the years, Iron Survivor Challenge matches have earned much praise from the WWE Universe, and superstars like Roxanne Perez and Trick Williams became the superstars they are today after winning the Iron Survivor Challenge. So it would be interesting to see who will grab this opportunity of a lifetime and will reach the mountain top of the NXT at NXT Deadline.
