WWE Sasha Banks, also known by her real name Mercedes Varnado recently made her first post-WWE appearance at the C2E2 Convention in Chicago on August 6 2022 sporting a completely new look alongside fellow former WWE Superstar Naomi. There have been various speculations surrounding Banks and Naomi’s return to the WWE ever since they walked out of Monday Night RAW back in May 2022. While Vince McMahon was in charge, many reports of both Superstars being released floated around the wrestling corridors. However ever since Vinnie Mac decided to step down and retire amidst sexual allegations against him, a new regime has emerged with his daughter Stephanie McMahon and former WWE President Nick Khan taking over the reins as Co CEOs and Triple H resuming his corporate duties after months of inactivity and also taking over as Head of Creative.
With a new leadership ready to take WWE into a whole new and different direction, many new reports suggest that WWE is attempting to reconcile with Sasha Banks and Naomi and bring them back on WWE programming. Their return speculation heightened even more when WWE announced their long-awaited WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships tournament, which was announced by Michael Cole the same week Banks and Naomi walked out of RAW.
However, Sasha Banks is all set to make her next public appearance after the C2E2 convention. Personal Fitness Coach, former Pro Dancer, and owner of ‘Inch by Inch Stretch’ Wade Bryant based in New York City announced via his Instagram that he would be hosting a special class for aspirants alongside Banks on October 9 2022 :
“📍Orlando 📍A few months ago I spoke with my WhatsApp group. I specifically said ‘I want to be the bridge between US and celebrities..‘I want people to come to class and train and hang with the very people we watch on TV! Orlando, I’m doing just that! This class will be a whole movement. I’ll be teaching class along side @sashabankswwe.. yes you get to train and learn with Mercedes and myself ! Link in Bio let’s get to work !”
