In regards to the Men’s Elimination Chamber match, all eyes will be on one man, who will compete for the last time at the event. He is none other than the 16-time WWE Champion John Cena, who is heavily rumored to walk out as the winner. Will the Elimination Chamber 2025 Predictions of John Cena setting a new record come true?
John Cena is currently embarking on his Farewell Tour. He competed in the first match of the tour, which was the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match. The Cenation Leader made it to the final two, only to be eliminated by Jey Uso and miss out on a huge opportunity to main event WrestleMania for his 17th WWE Championship.
But The Face that Runs the Place already had a backup plan, so to speak. At the post-show conference, John Cena immediately declared himself to be in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match, which will be his last chance to main event his final WrestleMania in Las Vegas as an in-ring competitor. Since then, there have been heavy rumors hinting that Cena will emerge victorious in the chamber match.
Moreover, a report by Dave Meltzer stated that John Cena was penciled in to win the chamber match in early October or November, stirring up the conversation of the Elimination Chamber 2025 Predictions further. Should that come true, then John Cena will earn an opportunity to battle Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 for the Undisputed WWE Title and put his name at the top of Elimination Chamber records in history.

While John Cena will not set a new record even if he wins, he will at least tie with WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H for most Men’s Elimination Chamber match wins with four. Cena won the chamber match on three occasions (2006, 2010, and 2011) in the seven times he has competed in the bout. This is a huge and last opportunity for John Cena to set a record that would stand for many years to come.
Moreover, this being John Cena’s last year as an in-ring competitor, he has garnered heavy support from the audience to win his 17th World Championship at WrestleMania. So, it will be interesting to see if Cena can win the opportunity to compete for a WWE Championship and even tie the record for most chamber matches at the same time.
