Rhodes revealed that John Cena is the best teacher he has ever had, as he has taught him things without making it a teaching moment. He also revealed that Rhodes always had this curiosity to learn how Cena grew to the level where he is today.
“John Cena uh I talk about him a lot in the media and I kind of feel bad cuz I know he’ll read like everything you say and I’m like a man I don’t want him to think I’m just like always blowing smoke but John was truthly truthfully my guy I drove him around for I don’t know two years before he got his big tour bus and and I never positioned myself as hey teach me John teach me John but that’s what it was I wanted to know like how man like you’re how are you on this level that you’re on where it’s just like we couldn’t go anywhere without I’m a mad scene um and he was just the absolute best teacher the best advice ever without without making it a teaching moment every car ride was worth its weight in gold … so to have him.”
