After delivering an extremely successful WWE Survivor Series 2024 PLE, WWE is all set to produce its next major show on December 14th, 2024. They will head towards Nassau Coliseum, Long Island, New York, for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, the vintage show set to return after over 16 years.
WWE has announced that The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes is all set to put his Undisputed WWE Championship on the line against Kevin Owens in the main event of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. Now, the WWE Universe is wondering whether the current Undisputed WWE Champion will lose his title at the event or not.
Will Cody Rhodes Drop his WWE Title to KO at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event?
WWE created a huge buzz for Saturday Night’s Main Event when they announced the Undisputed WWE Title match between Owens and Rhodes. Apart from their match, the show is set to have historical significance as WWE is all set to host the finals of the tournament to crown the very first WWE Women’s United States Champion at Nassau Coliseum.
WWE Universe has been extremely excited about the match between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens. The feud between the two escalated after Bad Blood PLE in October when post-show Owens confronted Rhodes and attacked him viciously because of the pent-up frustrations he had in his friendship with the Undisputed WWE Champion.
Kevin Owens is one of WWE’s finest performers that the WWE Universe has ever seen. The Prize Fighter has all the tools to be the perfect candidate to dethrone Cody Rhodes and become the new Undisputed WWE Champion. However, Rhodes’ title run still has a lot more to offer and is yet to be fully explored for him to drop the title at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show to Kevin Owens.
It would be interesting for the WWE Universe to see if Cody Rhodes will lose his title against The Prize Fighter in the main event of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
