WWE RAW Netflix debut show will be the first major event for the global juggernaut in 2025. The highly anticipated show will take place on Saturday, January 6th, at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. To build hype for the mega show, WWE has already announced three blockbuster matches.
One of them will see the dream match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins collide in singles action. The other would be a huge WWE Women’s World title match between the title holder, Liv Morgan and her heated rival, Rhea Ripley. Finally, the show is expected to be main evented by the Tribal Combat match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. With huge matches set to take place at WWE RAW Netflix debut event, here are the three in-ring showdowns that can be added to the card:
3. Bron Breakker hosts IC title Open Challenge at WWE RAW Netflix
Bron Breakker has risen to become one of the cornerstones of Monday Night RAW in his first year on the main roster. The Wolf Dog has already claimed two WWE Intercontinental titles and has declared to make 2025 the year of himself being cemented as a main-event player.
With Breakker looking up to bigger things in 2025, he could host an Open Challenge for his WWE Intercontinental Championship at WWE RAW Netflix debut show. This challenge could be answered by a young and rising star like Bron Breakker himself or by a veteran WWE superstar who could use his status to elevate Bron as a top-tier star.
2. Tiffany Stratton’s Cash-in
Tiffany Stratton has been binding her time since the summer when she outlasted multiple WWE superstars to win the Money in the Bank briefcase at the name-sake Premium Live Event. Over the months, Tiffany has been teasing her cash-in, but every time, she took a step back to retain her golden opportunity.
However, witnessing the magnitude of RAW’s debut show on Netflix, Tiffany Stratton could use this stage to cash in her Money in the Bank contract. The Center of the Universe could either choose to target the winner of the Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley match or go after her best friend, WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, to put an end to the friendship and rise to the occasion as the new champion.
1. John Cena’s First Retirement Tour match
John Cena is set to embark on his highly anticipated Retirement Tour that will begin in 2025. The heartbreaking announcement was made by Cena during his surprise appearance in Toronto at the 2024 WWE Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.

With the fans eagerly awaiting to see the last leg of the 16-time WWE World Champion’s career, it could have a surprise beginning at the WWE RAW Netflix debut episode. As it has been announced that Cena’s retirement tour will begin at RAW on Netflix debut, much like he has done in the past, he could host an Open Challenge that would kick-start the tour on one of the biggest and historical stages for WWE.
