The event concept is produced by Wrestlefanent, a premier Indian fan engagement platform for WWE fans. The company has already produced two editions of WrestleVerse in 2022 and 2023 on a good scale. However, the intriguing question is whether this event was graced by the presence of the WWE Hall of Famer who picked up a remarkable victory over John Cena, who turned heel in 2025 and shocked the world.
A WWE Hall of Famer made a special appearance at the WrestleVerse Fest

The first edition of the WrestleVerse Fest in 2022 was graced by the special appearance of WWE Hall of Famer, who defeated John Cena in memorable fashion at ECW: One Night Stand 2006, Rob Van Dam. Mr Monday Night first appeared on the platform for an Instagram live session in 2021.
RVD’s enjoyable experience and willingness to interact with his fans in India led him to come back for a special appearance at the WrestleVerse Fest via online streaming service. This was a huge achievement for an emerging platform like Wrestlefanent, which is trying to make a huge change for the Indian market.

As the fans gathered and enjoyed the experience offered at the event, the time had come for Rob Van Dam to make his appearance on the huge LED Screen that was set up. The former WWE Champion made his appearance via Zoom and as soon as he popped on the screen the fans were enthralled to see him.

Rob Van Dam greeted the audience, and there was an uproar from the fans to see him. A lucky draw was set with the names of every participant of WrestleVerse, giving all fans an equal opportunity to interact with RVD. Two lucky names were selected, and they each got to ask a question from the WWE Hall of Famer.
An intriguing question was asked by a fan regarding an opponent that Rob Van Dam would come back to wrestle for one more match. After giving some thought, RVD picked the Almighty Bobby Lashley for a one-on-one showdown inside the squared circle. This answer led to a huge reaction from the audience. RVD said, “I don’t know, maybe Bobby Lashley. I have been in the ring with him before, and he is in a very, very good position right now.”
Rob Van Dam has made numerous appearances for both WWE and AEW since the first edition of the WrestleVerse Fest in India. He has been a huge part of the Wrestlefanent platform. So it will be interesting to see if the Whole Dam Show could some day appear in person for the event when it expands to the level of its future vision.
