John Cena took this drastic step, possibly in search of attaining the ultimate glory in his farewell tour. However, the question to address is whether Cena turning heel still does not get him the victory against opponent Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41.
Will WrestleMania 41 Predictions of John Cena losing to Cody Rhodes come true?
John Cena made the ultimate sacrifice of two decades of ‘Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect’ at the 2025 WWE Elimination Chamber PLE. It started with Cena outlasting five top in-ring competitors inside the Men’s Eliminatino Chamber match to win it for the final time. John Cena’s win guaranteed his spot in the main event of WrestleMania 41 for a World Championship match against Cody Rhodes.
The current Undisputed WWE Champion and the 16-time World Champion shared a moment in the ring after Cena’s win. However, the mood changed with the arrival of Travis Scott and The Final Boss, The Rock. Cody Rhodes outright refused to sell out to him. This led to The Rock signalling Cena, and he low-blowed Rhodes, turning heel for the first time in the prime of his career.
This stirred up the WrestleMania 41 Predictions in a big way. The WWE Universe had been sending their shocked reactions from all over the world. So, it could mean that Cena once again challenges for a World Championship down the line on his farewell tour. This could happen, perhaps in the last match of his career, and he could win his 17th title to retire as the World Champion and also revert to his babyface origin for the final bow of his illustrious in-ring WWE career.
