Tiffany Stratton established herself as the biggest star on the SmackDown women’s roster after defeating Charlotte Flair clean as whistle at WrestleMania 41. She surprised most of the WWE fans, expecting Flair to go over and has become a cornerstone of Friday Night SmackDown.

Tiffany Stratton, who won the WWE Women’s Championship in the first week of 2025, has successfully defended her title over legendary stars like Bayley and Charlotte Flair. Since stars of their caliber have not been able to take the title away from The Buff Barbie, let us see three potential stars who can end The Tiffy Time and take the Women’s title from her.
1. Nia Jax
Nia Jax has become one of Tiffany Stratton’s biggest rivals in her relatively short tenure on the main roster. After a brief alliance between the two, Stratton betrayed Jax when she cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase on The Irresistible Force earlier this year to win the WWE Women’s Championship. Since then, Jax has been eying Stratton to avenge herself by taking the Women’s title off Stratton.
Jax defeated Jade Cargill on a recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown to earn the right to challenge Tiffany Stratton for her Women’s Title. Despite losing to her on the following episode, there is still a possibility that Jax might come back even stronger and take the title away from Stratton in a couple of months.
2, Naomi
Naomi has reinvented herself since she was revealed as the one who attacked Jade Cargill last November. The GLOW has become a force to reckon with, and Tiffany Stratton should proceed with caution if she wants to keep her title safe from the former SmackDown Women’s Champion.
There have been some newfound conversations on social media concerning a push for Naomi to the world title picture. Naomi has the potential by her side and could very well be the one who would put an end to Stratton’s Women’s title run.

3. Jade Cargill
Since she signed with the WWE in September 2023, WWE fans have been expecting big things from Jade Cargill. The Storm of WWE, who made her debut in the Women’s Royal Rumble match, and is already a two-time Women’s Tag Team Champion, is well in line for a push to become the WWE Women’s Champion in the future.
At WrestleMania 41, Jade Cargill made history alongside Naomi when they became the first two women to have a meaningful singles, non-title women’s match at The Showcase of Immortals. Since her victory over Naomi, Cargill has been seen challenging for the Women’s Title. It is highly possible that ultimately it would be Cargill who will dethrone The Buff Barbie of the WWE off her Women’s Championship.
