WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 is all set to hit our TV screens on March 1st, 2025, from the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The final stop on the road to WrestleMania, Elimination Chamber, will further reveal the challengers for the other top titles in the company who will challenge the champions at WrestleMania 41.
Speaking of champions, current WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has had a stellar career in the WWE, a run that any aspiring professional wrestler would dream of. Last month, The Eradicator defeated Liv Morgan to become a two-time WWE Women’s World Champion. Now, with WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 lurking around the corner, fans wonder if Mami will defend her title there.
Will Rhea Ripley Defend Her Women’s World Title at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025?
Rhea Ripley is one of the most popular female wrestlers in the WWE. The only other female superstar who has been on her level of stardom before is Becky Lynch. Ripley’s ascent to the top is a huge testament to her incredible talent in and out of the ring.
So far, WWE has confirmed only two matches for the WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 PLE. That being said, both Men’s and Women’s Elimination Chamber matches leave plenty of room for other matches to take place at the event, and Ripley might defend her WWE Women’s World Title in Canada as well.
WWE has been following this methodical approach to the layout of their PLEs, which only allows for limited matches to take place at the event. Rhea Ripley already defended her title at Saturday Night’s Main Event special last month, which further reduces the probability of her defending her title at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025.
Furthermore, Tiffany Stratton is expected to defend her title at the event. Studying the pattern of layouts of PLEs in WWE lately, it is very rare for both Women’s Titles to be defended at a Premium Live Event. Therefore, Rhea Ripley is not expected to defend her WWE Women’s World Title.
